The creation narrative.

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Genesis 1:1. What does “In the beginning” mean? When was the beginning? The biblical account of creation does not specify the exact moment of creation of the heavens and the earth. We could endlessly study, debate, and argue about the beginning from the perspective of the authors of Genesis. However, we would never find a fully satisfying or conclusive answer. The authors of Genesis did not intend to pinpoint the precise moment of creation with strict literalism. Instead, they aimed to highlight the contrast between what was before the Creator said, “Let there be light,” and what came afterward. They emphasized the unmatched power and greatness of the one and only God, the God of the Hebrews. The theological lessons in the Genesis creation account focus on the nature of the Creator, not on the order, sequence, or mechanics of His creative acts. Therefore, the true beginning of creation starts in the second verse.

“Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.” Genesis 1:2. The Earth might have been in this state before the first day of creation. In ancient times, the concepts of “formlessness” and “darkness” were associated with evil forces. Therefore, the authors of the biblical creation account wanted to show that the God of the Hebrews is so powerful that he overcame these evil forces. He achieved a much greater feat than the gods in the ancient epic, the Enuma Elish, could have accomplished. The Genesis creation account aimed to demonstrate the supreme majesty and power of the One true Sovereign God, the God of the Hebrews.

“God said, Let there be light, and there was light.” Genesis 1:3. The ancient worldview and creation stories depict darkness as an evil force opposed to the righteous presence of light. The Creator is the central figure in the Genesis creation account. Therefore, the authors of the biblical creation account highlight the supreme power by which he separated the two opposing forces and set an unbreakable boundary between them. Additionally, the ancient creation epic, the Enuma Elish, describes the gods’ effort to establish a world order that would ensure their comfort. In contrast, the biblical creation account portrays God as the creator of the world who gave humankind the best possible home and comfort. In the Genesis creation account, the One and only God creates what is best for humankind because He loves them. In the biblical creation account, the Creator is not focused on what is suitable for Himself but on what is good for His creation.

The creation narrative.

The following blogs will examine the Biblical creation account to identify God’s message and His plans for humankind. The Genesis account includes aspects of Jewish tradition. Jewish Rabbinic literature states that the Biblical creation narrative and related statements were not based on direct revelation. These blogs will not provide a detailed analysis of words, terms, or the timeline of creation, nor will they focus on the specifics of how creation happened. Why? The creation account in Genesis doesn’t give enough detail for a deep analysis or discussion. Additionally, humankind was created on the sixth day, the climax of creation; therefore, we can properly analyze only events that occurred after the start of human history, which began on the sixth day.

The Genesis account of creation shares similarities with the ancient creation epic, the Enuma Elish. The Enuma Elish offers more detail and mentions several gods, with one gaining dominance to create the world. In contrast, the biblical Genesis account states that the One and Only God, whom the Jews worship, created everything by His Word and His unique power, which is beyond our understanding.

The Genesis creation account reflects a worldview in which Earth was seen as the only region outside heaven. All other ancient creation narratives reflect the same worldview. The ancient worldview depicted heaven as being connected to the four corners of Earth. This perspective also included the idea of a flat, circular Earth. The authors and editors of the Book of Genesis believed that all divine activity and the actions of celestial beings focused on Earth because it was the only place outside of heaven. Consequently, they described God, His creative works, and His interactions with humankind in human terms and likeness. The writers of the biblical and ancient creation stories did not know that the universe we observe today existed, nor could they have known, since they lacked the means to observe beyond their immediate surroundings. However, this ancient worldview does not unfairly reflect on the authors of the biblical creation narrative; instead, it shows that their knowledge and understanding were limited.

Today, especially at the end of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first, our understanding of the universe has grown rapidly. As a result, the current worldview, shaped by quantum physics and quantum cosmology, cannot be directly compared to or reconciled with the worldview presented in Genesis’s creation account. The six-day creation is not disputable; however, the mechanisms described in the biblical and other ancient creation narratives conflict with current observations and studies. Therefore, only theological implications about God the Creator will be discussed in these blogs.

Revelation in parts

“In the past God spoke to our forefathers through prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.” Hebrews 1:1-2. In the past, God revealed Himself and gave humankind promises and instructions in parts and at different times, never all at once. However, God was fully revealed to humankind in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. During the Old Covenant era, God communicated His plans for humankind to individuals and prophets through direct communication, dreams, and visions. But in the Messiah, God the Father united Himself with humankind so they could see Him as He spoke and acted through Jesus Christ. John 14:9.

This blog series will explore the messages and events in the Old Covenant Scriptures to understand what they communicate, imply, and suggest about the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the God with us. It will not criticize those with different views or understanding. Instead, it highlights how the fulfillment of the Old Covenant messages is revealed in the New Covenant Scriptures. Much of the Old Covenant text relates to Israel’s history, the people through whom God chose that the Messiah would receive a human body. However, throughout the Old Covenant Scriptures, God expressed or implied His plans for humankind. Therefore, this series of blogs will begin with The Beginning, the Genesis account of creation.

The primary purpose of the Book of Genesis was to establish the origin of the nation of Israel. At that time, for a people to become a nation, they needed an impressive beginning and a suitable history. During the Babylonian exile, the Jews aimed to lay such a foundation for their people by emphasizing the worship of one God. The authors of the Jewish Scriptures believed that the origin of the Jewish people was significant because God determined that the Messiah would take on a human body through Abraham’s descendants. To explain why the Messiah needed to come, they traced the start of the Jewish nation back to the beginning of humankind. God’s choosing of Abraham and Abraham’s faithfulness to God were central to their history. As a result, the origin of the Jewish nation reflects a worldview that is neither purely theological nor purely philosophical.

Nevertheless, theological inferences appear in many cases. The purpose of the Genesis account is not to provide an exact, chronological record of historical events. Therefore, a precise timeline and mechanics of creation are not a part of the Genesis account. As a result, this series of blogs will explore and describe theological inferences related to the good news—the Messiah.

The blessings on the new earth.

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb, down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22:1-2. The throne of God is at the center of the city, where the redeemed dwell, and it is the source of eternal life for the new humankind. They have the right to the river and the Tree of Life because they have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb. We must deny ourselves and discard our robes stained by sin. We could not cover our sin-stained robes with the robe of Christ’s righteousness. The two are incompatible. Only those who have crucified themselves so Christ can live in them can be dressed in the white robe of Righteousness from God – Jesus Christ. The river of life that proceeds from the throne of God and the Lamb signifies that the eternal life of the redeemed is the holy new human life of Jesus Christ.

Why have the Tree of Life if there is no sin? The new human life of Jesus Christ is the life of the new humankind, and His life is the Spirit. John 6:63. The Spirit is not made of matter; therefore, it is eternal. Matter is created, and it cannot be eternal. The body of the new humankind is the body of Jesus Christ, which is made of matter but is sanctified. Matter can and must be maintained forever. The fruit and the leaves of the Tree of Life will keep our bodies in a condition suitable for eternal life—the eternal Spirit of Jesus Christ. Eternal life will flow from the throne of God and the Lamb to the redeemed.

“I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.” Revelation 21:22. The temple in earthly Jerusalem served as God’s hiding place among His people. God will dwell with His people on the new Earth forever. In the temple in ancient Jerusalem, the furnishings are arranged in the shape of a cross. The curtain inside the earthly temple symbolized the body of Jesus Christ as it was nailed to the cross at Golgotha. Because God is light, the New Jerusalem will not depend on any natural light. 1 John 1:5. The New Jerusalem will have supernatural light forever.

God will provide His children with everything they need for a joyful and glorious eternity with Him. We can hardly imagine what it will be like to live on the new Earth. If we could see even a small part of the details of our eternity with God, we would find it hard to believe it is real. God has plans for us that He has not yet revealed (1 John 3:2). We must heed the call, “Come,” and turn to Jesus Christ, our only way to heaven and eternal life (Revelation 22:17).

The New Jerusalem – the New Humanity

The “New Jerusalem” symbolizes the Church, God’s people. The people of God are the “city He loves.” Revelation 20:9. The “New Jerusalem” does not necessarily represent a physical city in Revelation. It is a spiritual symbol of the multitude who have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb. One of the seven angels told John, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb! So he took me away in the Spirit to a huge, majestic mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God.” Revelation 21:9–10. Jesus did not marry the earthly city of Jerusalem; He married all of humankind. The faithful believers will come down from heaven with Jesus. (Colossians 3:3–4). The multitude of believers who have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb will inherit the new earth. Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Lord, our Husband, and God our Father will be with us forever.

The Church, the body of Christ, has twelve foundations with Jesus as the chief cornerstone. The twelve apostles form the foundation of the Christian Church (Ephesians 2:20). Jesus Christ is the foundation of our faith (1 Corinthians 3:11). Believers who have surrendered themselves to Christ, or those who have died to themselves, must be built on this foundation, which is Jesus Christ, regardless of where they fellowship. Those who add, subtract, or alter it in any way will not go to heaven with Jesus and will not inherit the new earth. (Revelation 21:27). Jesus Christ is the only foundation that will last forever. There is one God and one Jesus Christ; therefore, there is only one Christian Church—the body of Jesus Christ. Consequently, there is only one foundation, one gospel, and one doctrine: salvation through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ. The gospel, the Good News, is Jesus Christ (Luke 2:10–11). Anything beyond this is simply a human construct that lacks eternal value.

Only those whose names are written in the Book of Life of Jesus Christ will be part of the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:27). The Book of Life symbolizes the perfect and eternal new human life that Jesus separated from His body on the cross as a sacrifice for sin that we committed in the Garden of Eden. He then took upon Himself our sin and our sinful human spirit so that our sinful life, our sinful spirit, would die forever in His body on the cross at Golgotha. Only those who are righteous in Jesus Christ will wear the white robes. The white robes of righteousness from God, Jesus Christ, are the required attire for the new earth. Even a trace of self-righteousness will disqualify someone. The “I” shall not inherit eternity. The glory of God will cover only those who are righteous in Jesus, not those who are righteous like Jesus but are not in Him.

Everything is made new!

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.” Revelation 21:1. The consequences of sin and decay will come to an end. (2 Peter 3:5–7). Jesus has redeemed the earth from Satan’s kingdom. However, the earth is not suitable for long-term living in its current condition. Therefore, God, our Father, has promised to make everything new, a new home for humankind. “He who was seated on the throne said, I am making everything new! Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Revelation 21:5. Jesus speaks here in the present tense. In his mind, it is already done because he has determined it to be so. It will also become true in the present tense for new humankind. The new home for humankind will never cease to exist.

The main reason for creating everything anew is God’s desire to dwell with His people and be their God, as stated in Revelation 21:3. Only those who have cleansed their robes in the blood of the Lamb can truly understand and value what God has planned for those He loves. The creation of a new heaven and earth is a gift from the true and faithful God Himself. He is making all things new simply because He longs to be with His people forever. The old, sin-tainted earth is no longer suitable for the Holy God and His people. As a result, God will prepare a place where He can live with the new humankind—a place fitting for the King of kings. Truly, God the Father desires to spend eternity with us because of His love for us, which surpasses even His love for Himself. His unconditional love drives His desire to be our God forever.

All believers should ask themselves why they are looking forward to the new heaven and earth. Am I only interested in eternal bliss, a good life without obligations? Or do I long to inherit the new earth because I will spend eternity with my God and my Savior? Unfortunately, many professed believers long for the new earth because they believe that there they will have a large house with a shelf made of pure silver, where they will store their crowns made of pure gold. But, in the spiritual sense, am I a selfish materialist who only wants what is best for me? The new earth requires a new attitude. Would I be willing to spend eternity with my God without eternal bliss? To be a disciple of the unconditional Savior requires unconditional surrender, no strings attached.

The outcome of the last war.

“They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves.” Revelation 20:9. The devil himself will be cast into the lake of fire, which is the second death. (Revelation 20:10, 14). However, the devil will not be alone in the lake of fire. The beast from the sea, the seventh human kingdom, and the false prophet will be there with him. Revelation 19:20. The seventh kingdom will face the same fate as the devil because it has convinced humankind that its ingenuity and power can create a long-lasting life of prosperity. Those who supported and worshiped the seventh kingdom chose their own way rather than God’s. The “false prophets” are those who misrepresent God. They often appear sincere and well-meaning. However, their worship of God includes doctrines made by men, teachings, and rules that are not focused on Christ. (Isaiah 29:13).

The dragon is Satan himself. The beast symbolizes the seventh kingdom with its ten kings. Who is the false prophet? The effort to promote cooperation among the three monotheistic religions — Judaism, Christianity, and Islam — could be viewed as a false prophet if it succeeds. The main goal of this trilateral effort is to find ways to help religious groups avoid financial struggles in the seventh kingdom, which is a legitimate concern. The nature of the seventh kingdom could lead to financial difficulties for religious organizations. The US team, involved in studying the global system, concluded that a financial problem affecting religious organizations is possible and informed the three monotheistic religions.

Greater unity among Christians is essential to ensure their place in the seventh kingdom. Christianity doesn’t need to become a single Church again, but it must speak with a unified voice. Later, the Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches began discussions to reduce their differences. The Protestant churches agreed on common ground for a unified voice. The first meeting took place in 2022, in Kazakhstan. The three monotheistic religions invited other faiths and philosophies to join. How far this cooperation will go remains uncertain. Self-preservation is the main reason for this effort. The phrases “Christ plus I” and “If we do our best, then God will do the rest” are common among false prophets. These will perish forever. The phrase “Not I but Christ” will live on forever.

Attack on the New Jerusalem.

Long before the end of a thousand years, God announced through His prophet, “On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half the mountain moving north and the half moving south.” Zechariah 14:4. The New Jerusalem, which symbolizes the redeemed, will return with God and Jesus and descend into the valley that Jesus created. Those living on Earth will see those who were with Jesus during the thousand years. The beast and the false prophet will cooperate with Satan to defeat the cosmic invasion they feared. However, they cannot and will not succeed.

In the previous blog, we discussed how Jesus wears many crowns because He is the King of kings. He is called the King of kings because He defeated the prince of this world and, therefore, wears the royal crown. John 12:31. Jesus did not inherit the royal crown; He earned it with His blood. His perfect new human life was separated from His sanctified body on the cross at Golgotha to destroy our sin and defeat its originator, Satan. Satan must win the war and gain the royal crown if he wants to regain the Earth as his kingdom and live forever. To achieve this, Satan will prepare the world for a battle of cosmic proportions to gain dominion for himself and his followers. “Then I saw the beast and the kings of the Earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army.” Revelation 19:19. The rider on the horse here is Jesus Christ. Revelation 19:11-12.

As a prince of the Earth, Satan will lead the beast, the seventh kingdom with its ten kings, against Jesus and his army in Revelation 19:14. Since the final war will involve multiple intelligences, physical weapons will be ineffective. Therefore, the last battle at Armageddon will be a war of influence. Satan has waged a war of influence in heaven; thus, he is qualified to lead the fallen angels and people living on Earth in the final battle between good and evil. However, just as he lost the war in heaven, he will also lose the final battle in the valley where the King of kings and his army have descended.

Jesus and the redeemed return to Earth.

The Earth’s population will be significantly larger by the end of the Millennium because of the resurrection of those who have chosen to remain God’s enemies throughout Earth’s history. They did not accept God’s unconditional gift of life in Jesus Christ to the dying world. Therefore, their names are not in the Book of Life, belonging to the Lamb that was slain. In contrast, those who have crucified themselves and accepted Christ’s perfect and eternal life have passed from death to life and cannot be judged again. John 3:18. However, those who have not crucified their sinful nature and accepted the righteous life of Jesus Christ must suffer the same consequences as sin itself: eternal death. Revelation 20:7–15.

Those living on Earth will be displeased with what unfolds at the end of a thousand years. The feared cosmic invasion has become reality. The redeemed have returned with their God and Savior to inhabit the new heaven and new Earth. John observed the scene that would culminate in a tragic outcome for those on Earth: “I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice, he judges and wages war.” Revelation 19:11. The rider on the white horse is Jesus Christ. The many crowns he wears symbolize his victories over Satan, the Enemy. Jesus not only defeated the prince of this world but also conquered death and abolished the work of the Devil, as 1 John 3:8 states. Consequently, he has the right to wear both the victor’s and royal crowns, because he is the King of kings.

Jesus is riding a white horse at the end of a thousand years, but He is not alone. With Him are those who are victorious in Jesus Christ; therefore, they are also riding on white horses. Revelation 19:14. At the end of the millennium, Satan does not ride a white horse because he is no longer a victor but a defeated foe. The opening of the first seal depicts Satan as a victor riding a white horse. However, Jesus has defeated Satan. John 12:31; 16:33. The armies of heaven are dressed in white robes because they have washed them in the blood of the Lamb. Revelation 7:14 The Lamb, now as the King of kings, leads the righteous in Him. The Lamb made those who are victorious in Him kings and priests serving God. Revelation 1:6. Jesus Himself has a name no one knows; no one has the right to possess it. His name is “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS” Revelation 19:16. The great day of the Lord has come, and everyone will see it. However, where will He come from?

The end of the thousand years.

The end of the thousand years will bring events that eliminate evil forever. God will destroy Satan and permanently erase the effects and memory of evil. Revelation 20:10. However, before these events occur, Satan will be allowed one last chance to use his evil tactics. “When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number, they are like the sand on the seashore.” Revelation 20:7–8. Satan will go to all the people on earth because the ten horns, the ten kings, will give him back his great power and authority. Revelation 17:17.

The beast from the sea and its ten horns received power from Satan, the dragon, as described in Revelation 13:2. The ten horns of the wounded yet healed beast will establish Satan as the ruler of this world; therefore, Satan will regain his throne, as stated in Revelation 17:17. During the thousand years, the ten kings will invest all human and monetary resources into perfecting technology to wage the war of influence. Because humankind cannot truly become one, meaning one mind, it will depend on technological advancements to support its efforts.

While the ten kings govern their respective groups of nations, there is only one global kingdom, the seventh kingdom. This seventh kingdom signifies an integration of free and sovereign countries worldwide. All people and nations will become part of it. However, it will not be a political union; instead, it will operate under a uniform set of global rules.

The ten horns, the ten kings, will rule together; therefore, they will hand over the seventh kingdom to Satan. Satan will then establish the eighth kingdom on earth and rule as the only king (Revelation 17:11). He will have a short time after his release from prison (Revelation 20:3). How long this will last is not specified. Nonetheless, there will be a resurrection of the sinful dead after the thousand years. The earth’s population will be large, so it will take time for many to adjust their thinking and understanding of the circumstances. Eventually, they will prepare for the final battle at a place called Armageddon. The battle at Armageddon will be a war of influences; therefore, the entire population must think the same thoughts at the same time.

The thousand years.

The believers who have surrendered themselves to God and Jesus Christ have gone to heaven to be with Jesus for a thousand years. However, those remaining on Earth will continue to face difficulties. They will persist in their efforts to ensure their long-term survival through self-centered, overconfident means. But they won’t receive the usual help in their evil pursuits. Why? “And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him up for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.” Revelation 20:1–3. That Satan will not tempt the nations suggests that people will populate the earth during the thousand years.

Those who do not ascend to heaven will continue living on Earth during the millennium. The beast, whose deadly wound has been healed, will continue in their pursuit of their self-confident ways. The ten kings must prepare this world for Satan, whom they will reinstall as prince. Earth’s inhabitants must willingly surrender it to Satan through human actions because Satan does not have the right to take it by force, as stated in Revelation 17:17. What would be the point of removing Satan from the way?

When people do something wrong, they often justify it by saying, “The devil made me do it.” However, if Satan is no longer present, would those on earth commit evil, or would they choose what is right? God told us that we cannot do good once we are accustomed to doing evil. Jeremiah 13:23. During the thousand years of Satan’s imprisonment, people will reveal their natural tendency toward evil. Satan will not have an opportunity to influence others to do wrong. People will do so on their own initiative and by their nature. Humans are not sinners because they sin. Humans sin because they are natural sinners. During these thousand years, humankind will demonstrate the seriousness and irreversibility of the decision made by the first man, Adam, in the Garden of Eden. Those living on Earth will prove that the sinful nature cannot change.

The Thousand Years

As envisioned by the architects of the Global System, the final arrangement of the ten groups of nations and their leaders will become clear during major crises. These ten influential nations, known as the ten kings in the Book of Revelation, will agree to jointly manage the world’s affairs and lead in achieving the global goals. The transition into these ten groups of nations is expected to stabilize ongoing economic distress. However, personal freedoms are likely to be significantly restricted to preserve global stability. According to the Trilateral plan, these ten leading nations will maintain worldwide peace and cooperation and, if necessary, use force.

The return of Jesus to take His bride, the Church, to His Father’s house will strengthen the ten kings’ resolve to prevent those who have ascended to heaven from returning to the Earth. They will begin preparations for the final war at a place called Armageddon. The ten kings will dedicate all available human and financial resources to develop a system designed to resist another cosmic invasion. They will prepare the world for Satan to reclaim his position as its prince. These actions will align with God’s plan and purpose, as stated in Revelation 17:17: “For God has put into their hearts to accomplish His purpose by agreeing to hand over their royal authority to the beast, until God’s words are fulfilled.” The power and great authority that Satan once gave to the beast from the sea, the seventh kingdom, will be restored to him once again.

In addition to preparing for the Battle of the Great Day —the final battle at a place called Armageddon —people on Earth are also working to identify another planet in the Milky Way Galaxy. Scientists tasked with exploring ways to ensure humankind’s long-term survival have concluded that finding a suitable planet is essential. Therefore, research is underway to develop technologies that would enable humans to travel farther from our solar system. If a suitable planet is discovered, the plan is to relocate humankind there. This ambitious goal would also require extending human lifespans to about nine hundred years. Efforts are underway to determine how this can be achieved. The basic technology needed to assess the feasibility of this extension is already available.

The prostitute and the ten kings continued.

Jesus stated that “there will be great global distress” before He returns. Matthew 24:21. The system being established worldwide will inevitably lead to severe distress that humanity has never faced before. Jesus said that this global distress would occur just before His return. “Immediately after the distress of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.” Matthew 24:29. This event is not a natural astronomical event. This sign will point to the return of the King of kings and Lord of lords. “Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the people of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” Matthew 24:30.

Here, Jesus indicated a specific time for His return. The exact day and hour within that period are unknown to humans. However, Jesus stated that He would return immediately after the great global economic crisis. When exactly will this crisis happen? We cannot know. Still, it is much nearer than we think. Paul warned that the fear of what was to come would fall upon them when they said, “peace and security,” or “peace and prosperity.” The worldwide effort for peace and prosperity is underway. How long will this peace last? We do not know. However, if it lasts one economic cycle, it will not last more than ten years. The author of these blogs believes it will not last long, based on the nature of the global system. The current global economic cycle lasts about 9 years. Revelation chapter 18 vividly describes the great distress.

Global economic prosperity is expected to begin in 2030 or earlier. By then, the international currency reset is likely to be implemented. Experts of the Global System predict that transitioning to digital currency will boost global economic growth. The author attended many plenary sessions on the global socio-economic system. Based on what was presented, the author does not foresee more than twenty years of success, including economic failure. According to the Global System’s experts, the global distress, following the economic expansion, will be more severe than any humanity has faced before. For those in the Kingdom—Jesus Christ—these events will fulfill the Hope of all hopes. Jesus will return after a time of great distress. Therefore, everyone should lift their heads to heaven, for our redemption is near.
